"I went in for a deep tissue massage…"
I went in for a deep tissue massage because my shoulder had been bothering me for a while, it helped a lot. I was still a little sore afterward, but it was that good kind of sore, like something actually loosened up. I kept noticing later that day how much easier it felt to move around, even while doing random stuff around the house. Definitely glad I went.

"Issue got fixed, but it took some effort"
I had a problem with a charge after my visit, and it was kinda annoying at first. Customer service did eventually get back to me and fixed it, but I had to follow up more than once. I’m glad it got resolved in the end, I just wish the whole process had been a little easier from the start.

"Helpful, but I wish it felt a little less rushed"
The massage did help ease my stress a bit, which I really appreciated. I just felt like things got kind of rushed near the end, and I would’ve felt better with a little more reassurance that we were finishing up properly and not just hurrying through the last part. Overall, it was decent, but I left wishing it had felt a bit more relaxed all the way through.

"Calm, Clean, and Relaxing"
I was kind of rushed when I got there, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to fully unwind, but the spa had such a calm, clean feel that it helped quickly. The lighting was soft, the music wasn’t too loud, and the whole vibe just made it easy to relax. Overall, really nice atmosphere.

"I really did enjoy the massages here, but…"
I really did enjoy the massages here, but canceling my membership ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to call the location and fill out a form, and the whole process wasn’t very clear online. On top of that, the reminders felt aggressive, which got annoying after a while. The staff was nice once I finally got in touch with someone, and they did take care of it, but I wish canceling had been quicker and easier.

"Really nice facial and I felt comfortable the whole time"
I got a facial at Hand and Stone and it was such a nice experience. I’m the kind of person who likes a little reassurance during treatments, especially when someone is using products on my face, and the esthetician made me feel really comfortable. She was kind, didn’t rush me at all, and explained what she was doing just enough without making it feel overwhelming. My skin felt super clean and soft afterward, and not dry or tight like it has at some other places. I left feeling relaxed and confident I’ll be going back.

"Pretty good membership, even if I’m still on the fence sometimes"
I signed up mostly for the monthly massage, and it’s been a solid deal so far. I don’t always love having another membership to keep track of, but the credits roll over, which makes it way less stressful when life gets busy. The staff has been really nice every time I’ve gone, and I haven’t had a bad visit yet. I keep telling myself I might cancel eventually, but then I go in for a massage and remember why I joined.

So far, my charges have been exactly what they said they’d be. The front desk explained the membership fee and any add-ons, and that’s what showed up on my card. Because everything matched, I haven’t had to worry about any weird surprise charges

"I got a facial here a few…"
I got a facial here a few weeks ago and I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin . The dry patches are way better and my face just feels smoother overall . The esthetician was really sweet too and didn’t try to push a bunch of products on me , which I appreciated . I’m really happy with how everything turned out !

"Really nice visit"
I had a really good experience at Hand & Stone. The front desk team was super friendly and got me checked in quickly, even though it was a little busy. My massage therapist was professional but still easy to talk to, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They actually listened to what I needed and didn’t make anything feel awkward. The whole place had a calm, respectful vibe. I’d definitely go back.

I went to Hand & Stone because I really needed a massage, but I’m kind of picky and I know I complain about this every time — too light feels like nothing is happening, too hard and then I’m complaining for days because I’m sore. I told my therapist I wanted medium-firm pressure, and she actually listened, which sounds simple but so many places don’t get it right. She checked in a couple times, but not constantly, which I appreciated because I hate when that gets annoying too. I left feeling relaxed, not beat up, and for once I had nothing to complain about. Easy 5 stars, I’ll definitely book again...

"Expected Better for the Price"
I tried a few skincare products from Hand and Stone after my visit, they felt nice at first, but I didn’t really notice much of a difference. They weren’t bad quality or anything, just average for what they cost. I was a little disappointed and kind of expected at least an apology or some acknowledgment that the results didn’t match what I was led to expect.

"Really relaxing massage"
I remember walking in feeling tight and sore, and by the time I left, I felt so much looser. The massage was super relaxing, and the pressure felt just right for me. Definitely the kind of place I’d go back to again.

"Hot Stones Were Great, But Still Waiting on an Apology"
The hot stones were worth it and probably the best part of the whole visit. That said, there were a few things about the experience that didn’t sit right with me, and I’m still kind of expecting an apology for how it was handled

Booking was easy overall, but I’m not totally sure what happened with the time slot. I picked one that worked for me, and then it seemed to change after I selected it. Maybe I missed something, but it was a little confusing.
